Privacy notice

Effective date: 2026-10-25.

Information you choose to provide

The quote form asks for your name, company, contact details, jobsite city, requested date and project description. You may include known load or access details. Do not submit identification documents, payment information, medical information or other sensitive personal information.

Drafts and online delivery

Previewing, copying or downloading a request prepares the text in your browser and does not submit it. Pressing Request my crane quote attempts delivery to our enquiry service. A success message appears only after the server confirms receipt. If online submission is unavailable or an error occurs, the page explains that receipt was not confirmed and offers ways to keep a copy.

Why enquiry details are processed

When submission is enabled, enquiry details are collected into our records for review, project-related contact, spam prevention and referral assessment. Submitting a form does not automatically send it to any provider. We may share relevant project and contact details with crane providers for quotations and follow-up on the requested work. Providers may compensate the referral service. This does not authorize unrelated promotional calls or texts.

Independent provider websites

Links to a provider take you to an independent business. That company's privacy practices and service terms apply to information you submit directly to it. A direct phone call is handled by the provider.

Security and records

Hosting and service providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. We do not ask for or display payment details. Avoid including unnecessary personal data in your project description. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can use the planning pages without submitting an enquiry. Keep the reference shown after a successful submission. If a provider contacts you, you may ask that provider to correct its record or stop further contact. For a correction, deletion request or other privacy question, email ronald@brownsvillecranequotes.com. Include your enquiry reference if you have one, or enough information to identify your request. You do not need to submit another quote form or agree to referral sharing to make a privacy request.

Updates

This notice may change as referral arrangements and delivery features are added. Review the notice before submitting a new enquiry.
